Mixing Textures

When mixing textures you want to start off with one key piece that makes a statement on its own; such as the chiffon fringe mini skirt I picked... Then add a simpler piece to it that you wouldn't normally wear with the first piece; usually a different fabric... Together they make a bold texture combo... Add cute booties to go along with the mini skirt and you're ready to take over the world...haha
